Library floor maintenance

Periodical cleaning, tile swaps and mats that get emptied. Most “worn out” carpet is soiled lanes.

A periodical clean — low-moisture encapsulation where the tile allows it, or a controlled extraction where the fibre needs it — pulls years back. Crushed lanes still need new tiles. That is cheaper than a recarpet.

  • Interim cleans timed around opening hours
  • Entry mat emptying and insert replacement
  • Tile replacement from leftover tiles kept on site
  • Vinyl machine-scrub with chemistry that does not strip the wear layer

We do not claim a manufacturer endorsement for cleaning. We follow the method that keeps the product in service.
