Can you recarpet without closing the library?
Usually yes. We work after hours and finish one zone at a time so the rest of the branch stays open. Most stacks can stay — we jack them, lift, and replace the floor under them. See after-hours install and the recarpet guide.

What flooring belongs where?

Do you work after hours and on weekends?
Yes. That is the default for public and university libraries. School libraries often use holiday shutdowns. After-hours work.

Are you NATA accredited?
No. Premrest is not NATA accredited. We specify and install commercial flooring. If a wet entry needs an in-situ slip check, that is supporting work — this site is library flooring, not a testing lab.

Do you only do carpet?
No. Carpet tiles, vinyl, entrance matting, recarpet, maintenance, and hard-floor diagnosis where the library has timber, stone or polished concrete.
Can you work to a council tender?
Yes. Send the documents. We price what is specified and flag gaps. Tender guide.

What about slip risk at the entry?
Matting first, then the right vinyl or treatment on the wet zone. Premrest can test and treat a wet entry as supporting work. This site is not a slip-testing catalogue.
